AUTOMATIC KNIFE PURCHASE & RELEASE

FILLED OUT BEFORE WE CAN SHIP OR SELL AUTO KNIVES IN COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL
STATUTES:
READ CAREFULLY ALL CONDITIONS SET
FORTH BELOW.
Federal law prohibits shipment of automatic knives across state
lines, with the following exceptions:
(1)To civilian or Armed Forces
supply and procurement officers and employees of the Federal
Government ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in
connection with the activities of the Federal Government;
(2)To supply or procurement
officers of the National Guard, the Air National Guard, or militia
of a state, Territory or the District of Columbia ordering,
procuring, or purchasing such knives in connection with the
activities of such organization;
(3)To supply or procurement
officers or employees of the municipal government or the District
of Columbia or of the government of any state or territory, or any
county, city or other political subdivision of a state or
territory;
(4)To manufacturers of such knives
or bona fide dealers therein in connection with any shipment made
pursuant of an order from any person designated in paragraphs
(1),(2)and(3).
NOTE:
Available for sale to ARMED FORCES or LAW ENFORCEMENT or
GOVERNMENT personnel. Please check permissibility within your
state or locality. We will also sell to persons with current
concealed weapons permit, federal licensed firearm dealers,
manufacturers or anyone with federal license to own N.F.A.
weapons/items.

SEVERTECH KNIFE COMPANY will sell
no such knives to any individual outside the State of Arizona
without the above conditions being met. We must have proof of your
status that conforms to the above conditions before we can send
such knives across state lines. Proof would include a request for
such knives on a letterhead from your organization and picture ID
showing your status with such organization. Photocopies are
acceptable. A statement, which states that the knives are being
purchased pursuant to the above conditions, and signed by the
purchaser, must be included.
It is the responsibility of the
buyer, not the seller, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable
local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the
possession, and use, of any item purchased from SEVERTECH KNIFE
COMPANY. All equipment is sold subject to any local, state, or
federal ordinances. Absolutely no sales will be made to minors. By
placing an order, the Buyer represents that the products ordered
would be used in a lawful manner and that he/ she is of legal age.
SEVERTECH KNIFE COMPANY will not be held liable for the misuse of
any product purchased from us or any of our distributors or
dealers. Also, since no product is 100% effective against attack,
SEVERTECH KNIFE COMPANY assumes no responsibility if a product
purchased from us is not effective in preventing bodily injury,
dismemberment or death.

WITHOUT PERMIT
SEVERTECH KNIFE COMPANY disclaims
any liability for consequential damages such as scratches, dents,
or loss. These automatic knives carry a warranty covering their
role as a knife in automatic form. Misuse may void warranty.
Acknowledgment and Representations:
I,__________________________________have read Sections 18 USC
1716(G)(2)(14) and 15 USC 1244 and fully will/do comply and agree
to use knives in connection of duties as described in those
sections. I further agree to all of the above conditions of sale
and hereby agree that I will make no such sales to the general
public.

summary: Switchblade knives can be shipped to civilians and armed
forces supply and procurement officers and employees of the
Federal Government ordering or procuring or purchasing such knives
in connection with activities in the Federal Government; supply or

state or territory ordering, procuring or purchasing such knives
in connection with the activities of such government.
15 USC 1244 provides in summary:
Knives can be shipped by common carrier, that sale,
transportation, or distribution, possession or introduction into
interstate commerce of switchblade knives is authorized if it is
pursuant to a contract with the armed forces or any member or
employee thereof acting in the performance of his or her duty
may posses switchblade knives and may have switchblade knives
shipped to them, and are allowed to purchase switchblade knives.
The possession and transportation upon his or her person of a
switchblade knife or a blade 3 inches or less is authorized to any
handicapped individual who has the use of only one arm.
